does anybody know if there are mulrys still living on the way into ballinasloe after the rugby club and golf club on the right. when you came out of rugby club and turned right for ballinasloe and go to the top of the hill and started to come down other side. about a 100 yards on right there is a house with the side of it touching the road. the mulry family lived down there. this around end of 19th century . i have no approx dates.

I think the house belongs to Fahy , but I do remember the name Mulry, but can't remember where from, sorry Red, if Skinner reads your post he might have more info.

hymany is right Red Baron, that house is in Moher and has been in the Fahy name for generations; however it could have been Mulrys in the time you are talking about.

There's a Mulry living to this day in Kellysgrove; that's the road leading into the bog past Elder's house that paddington1961 mentioned in an earlier thread.
