St Michael's Church interior, 1916
It's very interesting as it shows that there was text painted over the arches one time and stenciling above that again and along the side where the confessionals are now. You'll also notice metal celtic crosses stuck at various places in the pews? There are also two statues left and right just behind the alter railings. You'll also notice that the wall mural above the alter area was different to the one at present.
